NITA's AE-612MKII-TB-ST Smart tamp blow labeling machine delivers precision, speed, ease of operation and very low maintenance for mission critical label and ensures that it protects the fragile goods to be labeled. Armed with a smart tamp feature that has a built in pressure sensitivity sensor, the tamp pad will always put the right amount of pressure to the application without compromising the positioning or the packaged content.
Smart Tamp model features
Servo-driven labeling heads, ideal for the top, bottom or side applications of pressure sensitive labels. The AE-612MKII-TB is built with heavy-duty stainless steel and anodized aluminum, and comes standard with NO PROPRIETARY components. EZ change-overs of 12" (304.8 mm) or 16" (406.4 mm) media wheels on 3" core (76.2 mm). NO TOOLS required. Speeds ranging from 0-1570" per minute. A high-end, double guided stem pneumatic cylinder ensures precise delivery of the label in a consistent fashion. Moreover, the HMI touch screen operator controller makes it easy to operate.
Stand alone on a high-end floor stand with caster wheels, they are easily adaptable to any shop. Nita's unique color-evident adjustment knobs & handles are made for fast operator friendly usage.
A U-arm bracket is included to apply the label, on top, bottom, side or lock it at a 45 degree angle for special uses. Even with the nose down!
