Soap Labeling

Soaps come in all shapes and sizes, boxes, carton, bars, poly-packs, bottles and more. When we think soaps, we usually think liquids or powders. They can be hand soaps, body lathers, special skin care lotions, antiseptic, anti-bacterial, and even for dishwashing.

Soap LabelingLabeling cartons of soaps bars is different from labeling bottles. Although the two systems share the same inline synchronization, they are in fact as different as those used to package them. In the labeling world, one type of system is a shorter, wider conveyor frame built to accommodate cartons from 2” to 16” across and 16” in height, having the labelers placed either on the top or the bottom of the conveyor. The other system is a long narrow conveyor with the labeler placed on either sides and is generally filled with all sorts of product conditioning items such as pathfinders, spacing belts, top hold down conveyor and brushes. The reason is that each bottle if not perfectly aligned will not receive the label properly and will either seem skewed or un-aligned. It is important to recognize the bottle shapes and adequately source the right labeling machine. For Nita this is called a SynerG XP labeling system.
