Square Bottle Labeling
We all know that some bottles are not round, some are square instead BUT still need to wrap the label around the bottle’s core or neck portion. For Square bottle label application, Nita adds wipe gates to allow for labels to be applied on what is known as a multiple panels label application. The Square Bottle Labeling machine is perfect for this type of product.
One longer length label is flagged and waiting for the bottle to pass through it. The label is maintained in position on either side of the bottle using the “saloon-door” option while it is applied on the container much like a marathon runner crosses the finish line.
