STA-616SCL Side Case print and apply labeler features a tamp blow applicator that precisely and repeatedly applies labels onto the side of boxes. A precision guided, high grade pneumatic SMC cylinder, with Nita's tamp pad applying labels at a rate up to 40 labels per minute (based on a 2 x 2 label). Print engine compatibility with Sato, Zebra and Datamax engines allows the flexibility to print labels ranging from a ½ inch width, all the way to a 5.25 inches label width labels and in some cases up to 6.5 inches width. The pressure sensitive label gets its variable data thermally printed through the information provided from your label view software off your PC or Mac. Printing resolutions vary from 203 dpi up to 600 dpi. Perfect for secondary packaging cases or boxes labeling when variable data or bar codes are required.
